I think you should leave the fatwas to the scholars.

The position the brother mentions is well grounded in Islamic scholarship.

Democracy = kufr

The opinion in the video is perfectly valid and the explanation is actually quite strong. And many scholars have stated the same thing.

Alhamdulillah. I am agree 110% with the brother UTHMAN BADAR not just because he looks n talk, nice n loud or by watching n listening his speech rather by thinking n analysing n accepting the reality n the truth. So what about you? May Allah (swta) make him n others like HIM more strong n may Allah (swta) give him long life so he may speak the HAQUE (truth)

In Australia, the laws of this land take precedence over an religious "laws". So much so, that we don't even care to recognise Islamic laws. Voting is compulsory and therefore every man and women of age is required to cast their vote. Now if the laws of this fair and just land seem unfair and unjust then maybe you may find moving to a country that supports your beliefs a better solution.

Looks like "we" don't know your laws too well. The legislation, both state and federal, has provisions which allow abstention from voting on religious grounds. See article 14, s.245 of the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918.

"Islamic resistance in Syria"

Since when did a bunch of FOREIGN semi-literate barbarians who INVADE another country become resistance fighters?
